Emotional Intelligence for Managerial & Personal Effectiveness

Introduction:

Success of any organisation depends directly on the effectiveness of its people. Managerial Effectiveness is dependant not only on the training and expertise, but also on how one handles oneself and others. There is a need to focus on personal qualities such as initiative and empathy, adaptability and persuasiveness. The current economic scenario and increasing competitiveness at work place have been exerting performance related pressures on all employees. It becomes necessary for them to manage and strengthen their emotional framework.  Competencies such as managing one’s emotions, handling new situations well, teamwork, and leadership, count even more than ever.

Emotional Intelligence (EI) refers to the ability to perceive, control, evaluate and use emotions appropriately. Our emotional intelligence determines our potential for learning the practical skills that are based on its five elements: Self Awareness, Motivation, Self Regulation, Empathy and Adeptness in Relationships. An emotional competence is a learned capability based on emotional intelligence that along with cognitive competence results in outstanding performance at work.

Target Group:

The programme would be useful for all levels of officials from various functions of government departments, Private sector, Public sector, Co-operative sector Corporations, Banks, Financial Institutions, Service, TEQIP, NHM, Research and Autonomous  organisations etc

Program Duration & Methodology:

Program is fully residential (four nights stay) and would be conducted over 5 days. The introductory session would be held in the evening on the program commencement day and program would be concluded before lunch on the fifth day.

Methodology of the programme would be participative in the nature. The sessions would be based on conceptual deliberations, case studies, success stories, management games and group discussion.

Rs. 47500/- plus GST @ 18.00% payable through Cheque / Draft drawn in favour of "Jaipur Productivity Centre, Jaipur"payable at Jaipur. Details for the payment by ECS can be provided, if required. PAN : AABTJ3316K and GSTIN  No.  08AABTJ3316K1ZN. 

For accompanying spouse the charges would be approximately Rs.6000/- payable to the hotel.
