Introduction:

Omnipresent characteristic of finance in our day to day working necessitates that each official, manager and executive knows the basics of it and is cost conscious. Adequate familiarity with various financial management terms and concepts is a 'must' in today's fast changing environment. 
To be successful, each manager / executive must be able to evaluate economic impact of his or her decision. This can be achieved by making cost-estimation, cost reduction, cost control, break-even, make or buy, do it in-house or outsource analysis, GST part of daily routine. For this demystification of financial jargon would be the first step.

This programme has been designed for all middle and senior level officials, executives, managers, administrators from all functions from Government Departments, Public and Private Sector Organisations, Banks, Financial Institutions, Cooperative Sector, Educational and Research Organisations etc.

Program Fee:

For accompanying spouse the charges would be approximately Rs.6000/- payable to the hotel at Ooty.
